Simthetiq, a leading provider of 3D content for the defense sector, is pleased to announce that is has been awarded work to support the delivery of a new Unreal-Engine based simulation called Rocket IG that has been developed by US Army DEVCOM.
Simthetiq is tasked with providing high fidelity simulation entity models compatible with Rocket IG for deployment with the MJAT and MUSE/AFSERS programs of record. The Simthetiq 3D simulation entity models will be used to support crew and component command training and the development of concepts of operation for unmanned air vehicle operations.
Simthetiq’s 3D simulation entity model library supports the translation of critical DIS/CIGI functionality into Unreal Engine environments for interoperability with broader CAF-DMO training activities.
MJAT Program Manager, James D. Lee commented on the recent deliveries from Simthetiq:
“We were very impressed with Simthetiq’s high fidelity, interoperable 3D content that is easily deployed in Unreal Engine. Leveraging Simthetiq’s visual content library is beneficial for the timely deployment of our latest, state of the art simulation environment.”
This recent award from the US DoD builds on Simthetiq’s recognised expertise in supporting NATO simulation and training customers, particularly those who are adopting Unreal Engine based technology solutions, with a large, flexible library of immersive and fully functional 3D simulation entity models and user-tailored visual content solutions.
